More than 1 million antidrug booklets distributed by Scientologists in Cortina Olympics

Italy’s anti-drug education initiative has gone beyond more than one million educational anti-drug booklets distributed in just one month. The initiative forms part of the drug awareness programme known as “The Truth About Drugs”, which aims to provide clear information about commonly abused substances and their short- and long-term effects.

Approximately five hundred volunteers are participating in eu news sondergipfel the outreach effort, distributing materials in cities, neighbourhoods and local businesses. The campaign focuses on helping young people make informed decisions, providing resources designed to explain the dangers of drugs in a understandable way.

The prevention effort is part of wider social programmes supported by the Church of Scientology, inspired by the work of Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
